I think that it is good to exercise any time of the day with an empty stomach. As you mentioned though, I recommend the early morning. Getting up early and doing some exercise allows your muscles to regain blood flow after a long night of sleep and get ready for the obstacles of your day. Exercising on an empty stomach allows your body to move a bit quicker. Some of the chemicals in certain foods can make you sleepy and less reactive. So I recommend the early morning workouts, just make sure that you hydrate properly a few days before you start your early morning routine.

It's a matter of personal taste. If you do fasted cardio however, be sure to have something ready to eat immediately after your workout. I prefer running on an empty stomach, but only if I can get out early enough.

As a clean mom myself I thoroughly understand the unhappiness you're feeling with the greater advantageous weight gained for the time of being pregnant. it somewhat is tempting to prefer to do something drastic as a manner to get the 'speedy' consequences... yet this approach is undesirable and could not yield lasting consequences. Your purpose could be to lose no greater advantageous than 2 pounds a week ... in case you're breastfeeding then taking the load off could be plenty much less annoying. in case you at the instant are not breastfeeding purely walk on a regular basis for no less than half-hour (at a speedy sufficient %. to get your heart value up a sprint) and decrease back on the quantity of carbs you consume (steer away from extra breads... brownies, cookies, etc.) purely undergo in concepts each and every thing sparsely. it somewhat is not undemanding. I lost 50 lbs. as quickly as and it took almost a 300 and sixty 5 days (allowing myself to cheat and consume some ice cream each and every each and every so often) to get the load off. terrific desires.

As a matter of opinion and experience, yes it is best if you are trying to lose fat. If you're trying to bulk up or are doing endurance exercising, like running, then you should have some fuel in you before you work out.

its not the best idea to do because you have not energy from recently eaten food. but don't exercise just before you go to bed either because you will find it harder to sleep than usual. best time to exercise is in between meals (in between breakfast and lunch) hope Ive been useful!!
