I wasnt getting the answer I wanted to in the last question. My main question is how would prior servicemen w/ fighting experience find someone to hire them like that? Is it legal?

You can try blackwater or haliburton but they are looking for 8 years special ops experience for the actual security personel. If you have any k-9 experience try Von Liche kennels they provide k-9 support to the DOD as well as places like columbia for drug intradiction, and homeland security.

Blackwater U.S.A. They hire ex-military and are fighting in Iraq on our side. Yes, it is legal. They also provide services for the military such as food, laundry, security, etc., instead of using military personnel for noncombat duties. I believe there are about 20,000 of them in Iraq and their services are contracted by the U.S. government. Look up Blackwater in the search on the internet.

just to clarify...I am by no means calling the Blackwater people mercenaries...they, and similar companies hire former military and law enforcement personnel for government contract work, security, etc...

You could go to another country and offer your services, but it really isn't legal if you end up fighting against the United States, it then becomes treason.
