Siddhartha Gautama {who became The
Buddha) and Jesus, the son of Joseph and Mary {who became the Christ) both taught not to judge, criticize, or condemn others.
They taught not to repay evil with evil, but to repay evil with good.
They both taught us to be very Patient {Patience "is" is ability to remain internally calm and undisturbed in the face of harm and difficulties in Life), Compassionate {the wish for others to have peace of mind and happiness and to be free from suffering=dissatisfactions), and they taught us to love others unconditionally, even our enemies.
We have learned from them, that our enemies are our greatest teachers = we should regard those who harm us, our enemies, as precious, for they alone give us the rare opportunity to practice patience {=tolerance). Our enemies help us to cultivate our greatest qualities. Siddhartha Gautama and Jesus taught us the importance of transforming our minds, thus transforming our lives for happiness.
Both Jesus and Siddhartha Gautama were excellent examples for us to learn from, to live a morally and ethically sound life.
They both lived by the principle of Do No Harm to anyone, and always encourage us in their own words, to do the same.
Though they are dead, they have left with us some very excellent teachings we can learn from to apply into our lives, to acquire a stable peace of mind, and happiness.
They both especially have taught us to respect the free will of all people, which is a very important principle to live by, and is the first step toward acquiring peace of mind.
Thank You for giving me the opportunity to answer your excellent question.
With Metta {loving-kindness & friendship).

Nothing. Buddhism does not recognize a divine God and does not recognize sin nor salvation. Christianity is based on the person of Jesus Christ, the son of God, who died on a cross for our sins, and is the only name by which anyone might be saved.

NONE that i can see.
Christianity is the world's biggest religion, with about 2.1 billion followers worldwide.
It is based on the teachings of Jesus Christ who lived in the Holy Land 2,000 years ago.
Buddhism is a tradition that focuses on personal spiritual development. Buddhists strive for a deep insight into the true nature of life and do not worship gods or deities.

the two named after their Founders. the two are outgrowths of older religions(Christianity from Judaism; Buddhism from Hinduism). the two credit the spreading of their religions to emperors(Christianity because of the fact of Constantine; Buddhism because of the fact of Ashoka). Parables in the two religions are comparable. the two are divided into denominations, sects, cults, and so on(as are all religions).

They both come from the same God. They are both stages in one process of progressive Revelation. They teach the same spiritual principles and virtues. They have the same goals, the same purpose and the same origin.
They were both founded by Manifestations of God: Jesus and Buddha respectively.
They only differ in non-essential aspects which are conditioned by time, place and understanding.
