My son has allergies with Orange and Red Food colouring. Do you realize how many foods have dyes in them! I found some great cooking and baking products that are dye free, Msg free, Gluten Free made in a nut free building, low in salt and sugars. They are wonderful! They are Epicure Selections, and I was so excited about them, I started up as a consultant to help others with the same issues. Allergies are very frustrating!

My daughter is allergic to yellow #5. I have to read labels too. I am allergic to poultry, eggs, honey, cherries, and beets. I lot of so called "health" food has honey in it. It is hard to find hot dogs or lunch meat that does not contain poultry.

I am allergic to dairy and my partner is allergic to wheatflour shopping is a nighmare but tesco do a great range of wheat free produce and also some dairy free and you can get a dairy free margerine called pure from most supermarkets so things are getting better shame they cost so much, well the marg is ok but the wheat/dairy free stuff is dear and it crumbles very easily just as well am not too houseproud lol good luck to all with allergies

Yes, my daughter and I both have severe allergies. I am allergic to wheat, soy, eggs, dairy, peanuts, tomato, avacado and rye and barley. My daughter is allergic to soy and food colorings. Did you know red food coloring is made from crushed cochlear beatles? How appetizing. One must wonder if THAT is allowed, whats in the other stuff? Can you email me about the Epicure Selections? I would love to know about them.

I'm not allergic to anything (at least for the moment)...I'm lucky considering I love eating. My friend on the other hand is allergic to almost everything....poor thing.

they can be frustrating!!! yeah, i'm allergic to strawberries. i'm also allergic to different kinds of soaps so it's hard to use soap at schools and people's houses, so i just always bring my own in my purse!
