what is the difference between motor and generator.?

the generator is work on the principle of fleming right hand rule but motor on the fleming left hand rule.generator convert from mech. energy to electrical energy but motor convert from electrical to mechanical energy.

motor is convert into electrical energy into mechanical energy
generator is convert into mechanical energy into electrical energy

You just said the difference between them the only other thing diferent is a generater has to be sycronized to produced 60 hertz.
