I m from India. I m the proffesional in this business.
Do one thing
1. Create the menu in Corel Draw or PhotoShop or any software.
2. Print that on glossy paper or any other thick paper.
3. Laminate it.
4. Do spiral binding.
It will look great & decent. Trust me. If u like my idea but u r not comfortable. I will surely satisfy u, but u have to pay for it as I m professional.

In the very first place you must have a good idea of the neighborhood, the kinds of clients you will receive in your restaurant.
The seasoning is very important, it gives the taste and the special touch.

Are you talking about the food, or the actual document. If its the food, then your in trouble already. If its the document, go to a Kinko's or something. I'm certain they will have examples for you to look at, and you can get ideas from.

it depends on the area your in ...the people around...go to some other restaurants and see what is selling good and use some of those items..create a few of your own...what kind of rest.. is it.. you probably need to give a few more details
