Go to the site ahealthyme.com and click on Cool Tools. This section contains a whole bunch of interesting quizzes you can take and other neat tools.
One of the tools is called Nutrient Rich Super Foods. It allows you to punch in a vitamin/mineral that you are looking for and it lists what you should eat it to get more of it. Folic acid is one of the things that it lists. See for yourself!

Start having spinach salad every day with orange segments, sunflower seeds, sprouts, raw peas in pods if you can find them, and cranberries - great with Kraft poppyseed dressing
