Have you herd about the asteroid headed towards the earth? There was a conference (last week?)among top scientists to discus the likely-hood that it will actually hit earth or not and what us pathetic self righteous-humans can do about it.
SO LONG SUCKERS!!

Jesus Himself warned us against speculating about the timing of His return or claiming we know when it will take place. He said, "No one knows about that day or hour, not even the angels in heaven, nor the Son, but only the Father" (Matthew 24:36).

But Jesus did tell us certain events must take place before He returns, and these will be like signposts pointing to His coming. For example, He told us that He would not come again until the whole world has had an opportunity to hear the Gospel: "And this gospel of the kingdom will be preached in the whole world as a testimony to all nations, and then the end will come" (Matthew 24:14). Certainly we see this happening today through television, radio, publications and the Internet.

Jesus also told us that we would see an outburst of evil on an unprecedented scale before He comes again, as Satan lets loose his fury in a final effort to defeat God's plan: "When you hear of wars and rumors of wars, do not be alarmed. Such things must happen, but the end is still to come" (Mark 13:7). Can anyone read the headlines today and doubt the reality of Satan's power?

No, we don't know when Christ will come again—but we don't need to know! Our responsibility is still the same: to love Him and live for Him with all our strength. Is this your goal?

Over a thousand and seven years. Jesus will reign on this earth for a thousand years before the new heaven and new earth will be created. WOW, another big bang. (lol)

However I think the rapture could be as early as Rosh Hashanah of 2007, but I am not saying that it will necessarily be 2007. I know the time is near, I cannot tell how near, but I cannot see it being much longer. Some believe it could happen anytime between this year and 2018. Those who believe in 2018 believe that 70 years will not pass from the date that Israel was recognized by the U.N. as a nation.

There will be people on this earth for seven years after the rapture, then Christ comes down to rule on this earth for a thousand years.

On TV today there was a programme saying how every nation was NOW going to start seriously doing something about trying to slow down Global Warming.
I think they have all started thinking about it way too late.
The ice caps have already started melting & here in UK last summer was the warmest & longest we have ever had. Our winter was really mild & we never have snow that lasts for more than 3 days at a time nowadays. This summer seems to have started sooner than ever also.
At this rate the oceans will rise dramatically in a very short number of years so life as we know it will be gone sooner than we think.

According to Bible prophecy by the sign of the times, Jesus Christ will return very soon (for the sake of His elect; His true believers) to stop the nuclear Holocaust and imminent annihilation of mankind. This is Biblical fact. He will judge the human race and set up His government in the new Jerusalem to rule from there in the Kingdom of God on earth for a Millennium (1000 yrs). Man shall know war no more. There will be peace on earth forever in the new heaven on earth.

interior the Galaxy the sunlight is often in circulation, so the sunlight can no longer come close to to earth, it particularly is the earth that interior the 365 days is going closer and added from the sunlight (for this reason we journey iciness and summer season). yet whilst earth replaced into to loose it particularly is orbit and pass closer or added from sunlight (with the aid of 3 area anomaly/disaster), it may be terrible, we'd the two collide with another area products or in simple terms fly into no longer something, yet that does no longer remember to us, on account that i do no longer think of there is that this type of sturdy anomaly which could push the planet off it particularly is orbit and we could've stayed alive. don't be afraid, possibilities of that occuring are not that top. whether it does, we will not have time to experience it.

Does it matter? From what I hear it is millions, if not a billion years away before the sun implodes or whatever it does when it runs out of fuel. We'll be ancient history by then lol.

In the meantime, my concern is that we'll kill each other off with overpopulation and crime and smog and all those awful man-made things. But life on earth will go on.

Neither man nor god made the earth, nor is there any destiny. However, scientists think that the earth is middle aged, it has been around about 4.5 billion years, and is predicted to last about the same again. Life on earth will probably hold out until the last minute, as life finds a way.
