its my sisters birthday and want to make her a collage of pictures and frame it but want to add borders around some of the photos.. i thought about doing it by hand buti want it to look as if its been done proffesionally. so want to do it all on my pc. does anyone know if there is any disc i can buy to help me do this..?

get yourself a copy of Paint Shop pro (JASC software).
its full of features inc border tool with loads of pre made borders and outline laying.
Plus, its a hugely popular programme and there are litrally millions of sites out there with free to download additional borders to dowload.
It one of my fav programmes.

proffesionally done would require the stock image to be high detail because printers offen reduce dpi print out. if you must make sure the size of the print out and the images suit you. most upper end photo programs will prevent too much data lost. good luck printing it and framing it
