About 6 months ago, I noticed something wrong with the hearing in my right ear. Doctors found nothing, but an audiologist test found something wrong with my left ear. I havn't gotten any further then knowing just that.

I have been to at least 3 different doctors, been to a ENT specialist and gotten both a CAT scan and an MRI scan and dcotors have found nothing.

I also feel as if fluid is trapped in my right ear alot as well as the sensation it might be blocked. I get a clicking noise in my left ear, usually when I'm talking or walking really fast. I also have a few more symptoms but I don't know what they are exactly. When I listen to my music on my headphones, my left ear is a bit quiet whilst my right ear sounds blocked.

I doubt this information would help but I had attempted suicide a few weeks before all this with an overdose of paracetamol tablets and think that might of contributed to it.

P.S I didn't listen to my music loudly before this.

Man, I've got so many ear problems, my file is 2 inches thick. You need to go to your ENT, and have him/her put tubes in your ears. It's done surgically, and I've had it done 6 times already. The tubes should take care of it. tell him eveerything. As well, maybe you should see a psychiatrist..?

Sometimes when I have ear pain it's from congestion and I have to take sudafed for a couple weeks to make it go away. I too went to several doctors and ent's only to figure that out myself. Stop the suicide attempts. Been there done that.

Paracetamol, can cause ototoxicity-ear damage. Simply put
it can damage the nerve that conducts hearing. I would say
that it was the medication, I do not know if it will resolve or not-everyone is different. Good Luck.

i suggest you stop using head sets and if listening to tv, radio etc...turn the volume down kids in america are getting deaf earlier...sue to loud music...everytime you put it a little louder without noticing. So I think you should visit those naturopath people they have stuff that usually works...they clean out your ear ....with smoke. it worked for my friends husband
