You need to add more protein to your diet so you can gain muscle. You don't wan't to suddenly start gaining fat from carbs because you might not be able to stop and that could lead to many problems on the opposite side of the scale. Eat grains too and don't just pick at your food. Actually eat it

Here's a good tips
Exersice regularly ( play sports)
Do not skip your meals, eat 3 times per day
Eat more food that have calories and protein like eggs, potato and meat.
Drink more water always keep yourself dehydrate.

If you are healthy right now i would do nothing, for me its better to be skinny than to be overwieght or shubby.

you can try weight training, but then again i don't like muscular women
