It goes forward in the spring (spring forward) and back in the fall (fall back) and the date is March 24th at midnight!

At 1 am on Sunday 25th March the clocks go FORWARD an hour, so it becomes 2 am.

The last Sunday in March the clocks SPRING FORWARD an hour, and on the last Sunday in October the clocks FALL BACKWARDS an hour.

I think it 's the last Sunday in March.

Remember 'Spring forward, Fall back' - i.e. the clocks spring forwards an hour in the spring, and fall back an hour in the fall (autumn)!

On the same date as in the rest of Europe, last Sunday of March - in the case of 2007, on the 25th March.
