could be a migraine. they make you feel sickly, light headed and noises and lights seem to be magnified.
smells can trigger migraines, so it could be your bubble bath or soap.
try using something different in your bath.
if it is a migraine, it will be trial and error to find out what triggers it.

The heat of the bath causes your blood vessels to dilate and there is a change in you blood pressure which causes the headache and light headedness when you get out.

Try having your baths a bit cooler or a shower instead.

You may want to consider a routine blood pressure check at your surgery.
You probably only need to see the nurse for this ( blood pressure checks earn smartie points for the practice and takes very little time)
She/he can advise if you should see the Dr

If hot water dilates the blood vessels it causes blood to flow faster... if this happens too fast it could mean you have problems and you need to get a checkup ASAP with your GP and mention this to him/her.

It could be blood pressure... it could be something else... don't take more hot baths until you've sorted it... and keep the shower at blood temperature.

Go see the doc...

Are you hitting your head on the cabinet, causing you amnesia and forgetting you did it and assuming it's the baths fault? Happens to me all the time.
