Yes, that's exactly what my teacher did for us. She had special recording equipment, though - I don't know how you can do it without but basically once you've got an mp3 or other audio file of it you should be able to easily transfer that to CD.

yes using a computer, microphone and generally any music software which comes with the computer. There should be some software with your computer if it has a microphone input. Then just burn it onto cd with something like nero

dont know how to do that , why don,t you use a tape deck and do it on tape much easier
i used to teach singing, and recorded music for them on one track and my voice on another for them to go home and practise till next lesson

the only way i know of is to link their instrument to a pc. kerboards can be linked easily other instruments not so sure, unless you can connect a microphone.
