how do you catch a ralts on pokemon emerald because i can never find them in the area ?

Ralts is very difficult to find (like skitty) you'll need to check the grasses before Petalsburg. He only appears 1% of the time, good luck.

they're rare, but keep checking in the grassy area just before the town where norman's gym is...keep walking thru the grass and you'll find one!
