I have been singing in bands for the last 12 years and everyone tells me that no matter what song i sing from Alan Jackson to GreenDay i sound like the person..i don't try to do it on purpose it's just the way i learn the song and the vocal track that i end up sounding like the singer.in one way it's not very good for me because i've had alot of people say to me.."ok you sound alot like so and so but what do you sound like" i've never sang an original song so i don't have my own voice..so that's a bad thing sometimes..

Did you ever hear the version of Jingle Bells done by the dogs? They bark their way through it. I would say that's the closest comparison.

They don't give record deals to people with my voice. I sound more like a pack of dogs howling.

I suck at singing, if you translated it, it would be close to Roseann Barr or Connie Chung
