Let me see if I can answer that question. Classification of a family; let's see.....Unified, Happy, dysfunctional, In Love, Unhappy, Sad, this could go on for awhile. Being from a large family, we had alot of diversity among ourselves as we grew, but we had one thing that never changes.....individuality !!

social stratifications-a social system of ranked subgroups. *Bands-no social stratification: social positons are based on age and gender. *Tribes-no great social stratification:some groups may have slightly higher status than others. *Chiefdoms-social stratification,or ranking:social positions are more powerful than others. *States-social class:pronounced social differences exist. *Class system-social stratification based on individuals' relation to means of production. Individuals may change their positions but the system remains intact.
