How long does it take????

When you are issued a refund from phones4u website (uk mobile shop/website) how long does it take for the money to back into your account????? Has anybody been issued a refund from them ?????

with Carphone Ware house they say three weeks for a phone i never got,ime out £129-95 from an order over the web.
Maybe they are all the same in being lax with a refund.
