TRy voice projection wherein you undergo 5 simple exercises like rotation your head , stretching your diaphgram by clasping your hands behind , making funning face like smiling to exercise muscles, inverted breathing. Do these for several times. then when you talk or sing long enough, fill your abdomen and lift every word in a sentece or line using the air in abdomen as lifter.

Elaine Clark has been around forever - and is pretty much known as the "voiceover guru" in the bay area. She's reputable too.
Sorry - but there's no such thing as "great training at cheap prices" - I think you get what you pay for.
