Sorry guys, I'm really out of this loop. Where did she end up getting buried...have they decided about the baby yet?

She's currently buried in the Bahamas next to her son, but her mom is trying to find a way the Bahamian court to let her take ANS's and Daniel's body back to Texas where they will be buried.
Once again, her mom is being a b**ch.
There's about 4 or 5 people who are still fighting to be the legal guardian of the baby. It's going to be messy because Bahamian rules are different than US rules. In the Bahamas, whoever is listed as the fact on the birth certificate is considered the father, and no DNA tests are required if there's a dispute over the paternity of the child.

It wasn't 2 weeks ago it was a week ago Friday. This week coming up will be a hearing in the Bahamas to get legal authority for a DNA test. Since the Bahamians don't hold biological father to a higher standard then the father that is taking care of the child it might be a fight. They could say no DNA test and there isn't anything any one can do.
Till Howard k stern comes back to the US. they might not be able to make him give up the baby's DNA.
Now here's the clincher. In order to be a citizen in the Bahamas you have to have property worth $500,000.00. And Howard doesn't have a job or any income. last year he only made $11,000.00, so he might be SOL.
I think the baby is Larry Birkheads anyways.

Cats is correct. Mom lost. Now, the real biological father of Daniel has stepped up and is wanting to exhume his body and take him home to Texas! Believe it or not. Howard Stern is in the hot seat(as far as I know) cause some of those deadly drugs Anna was popping were prescriptions in H. Stern's NAME. There is a big big trouble brewing. O.J. Simpson has stepped into the forum and said that Danielynn could be HIS DAUGHTER! Keeps getting better. Howard Stern....now there is a sneaky guy.....got it all wrapped up????
There are others who claim that Daniel(Anna's) son is the babies father. Then, there are those who believe Howard Stern killed Daniel and Anna for the big bucks. He needs the world to believe he is the father to control the estate! I think he waited til the baby was born and then O.D.'d the other two and while keeping Anna drugged had her tell people he was the father. Then, he is also being charged with fraud for HE HIMSELF putting his name down on the certificate of birth. Naughty naughty....stay tuned for more circus of the stars!
