I, too have always been an impatient person, however, I have been working really hard on it and have gotten better. I just try to realize that there's nothing I can do to change it, so getting angry and upset only made things worse. I also found that when I would get all worked up and impatient, it would turn into anxiety. I take deep breaths, count to ten, and try to focus on other things. My anger doesn't make things move any faster, it just makes me feel all tense and uncomfortable. Realizing that I was adding to my own distress made me decide to get a grip and work on calming down. Don't let the things you can't change annoy you. It takes practice but it can be done. Good luck!

breathe deeply... relax... if ur waiting impatiently for something to happen then take your mind of it... do something to distract you. I get impatient waiting for the microwave to heat something up even if i put it for a min... so instead of waiting, i do something else and believe me... time flies when your not watching!!!!
