u shld take proper diet.and shld also do meditation as it will help to equalize ur body.

First thing is to decide is "WHY" : why you are thin??
For the very purpose you should go for blood and other test as many diseases if present keeps you thin despite good diet.

main reasons to look are:
1. Diabetes
2. Tuberculosis
3. Absorbtion disorder (malabsorbtion)
4. Poor and wrong dietery habits
5. Improper diet
6. Excessive stress
7. Endocrinological disorders mainly Hyper thyroidism
8. occult Infections
9. Worm Infestations
etc.

you should search for the cause first then try to treat , i make you sure that you will be FAT SOON,
other thing you should know is : Fatness invites diseases.

Don't go past the maximum weight recommended for your height and build, as it is unhealthy. You would then be a little plump, which is just on the borderline of being healthy. Eat more oils with your meals, preferably peanut or olive oil, but not palm oil, or too much butter. Chocolate is good for gaining weight, but no more than half a family sized block per day.

i was reading on a site that in order to gain weight you need to figure out how many calories you take a day. just eat like you would regularly do and calculate all the calories... do this for like a few days. then calculate on average what you take daily. then it said that when you do that to add 500 calories to your daily meals.. like if on average you eat 1000 (example) now eat 1500 every day.. until you reach the weight you want. and if you don't think you are gaining weight well it says to add 500 more! i'm not sure if this helps. i don't remember the website thougt :(

firstly congrats to u....u have met me who is like u
well actually the problem with us is that we have extremely high meabolism rate this means we burn up the food or calories faster than those ppl who have normal metabolism....
my adive for you is just continuing your normal life eat healthy and stay fit....but also make sure u dun over eat just because you dun gain weight easily well look at it this way..since u can't put on fat why not hit the gym and put on some muscles....i betcha u'll look better in muscles than fats....

you can increase your wt by doing meditation for half an hour in the morning and evening for two to four months.
