Hun, the guy isn't worth your thoughts!.... he doesn't respect you at all. even though he was good to you at times, he should be calm with you when he gets angry too. Saying harsh things is really mean. Even though people don't mean half the things they say when they're angry... he should learn to control himself before he loses someone precious like you. I guess he already has. Try taking your mind off him. Cry if you have to.... let the pain get out gurl! and move on!
take care of yourself.
(ericka's idea isgud too! try it out)

Please stay away from abusive people. They damage your self esteem! Most people who are abusive can be nice too, and this is what keeps you going back. If someone were mean all the time, it would be a lot easier to see what you needed to do.
The problem you are having is that when he's nice it feels so good, and then when he's mean, you can't wait for him to be nice again. It is a cycle, and if you stay in it, it will break you down over time.
Think of it this way. You are paying for those good things with the bad things. They cost you in self-esteem. Are they worth the price you have to pay?

You've been too good for too long. Search out the guy & give him a mouthful even if it hurts. Believe me, it'll work since the guy won't be expecting it & if he has any self respect he'll say I'm sorry or else kick him in the butt.

instead of remembering the good times, focus on the bad. don't dwell on them just keep them handy to replay in your head when needed. forgive, forget, and move on.

simple, the answer is in your question "how do I get over the WRONG guy?" don´t waste your time thinking about him, one day you´ll realise that, and think of yourself as a fool..
