I own a shop, and can tell you this. If it were me I would contact my attorney (legal counsel) and force them into making the problem right. You are a little short on information in your question, such as "is the vehicle still under warranty"? Have you taken the vehicle to another repair shop? It seems more of a legal issue than a question about the vehicle.
Glad to help out, Good Luck!!!

if the engine will pull to 7 grand there is nothing wrong with the engine. suspect front pump damage in automatic trans [fluid gets hot and pisses past damage area rather than going where it is actually needed. if still under warranty make them either replace the tranny or give you a working vehicle if out of guarantee period see a salvor for the required parts

Contact Scoda direct then through their own Customer Services. Really your service centre should have done this for you. I assume its a new or nearly new car? Is it still in Warranty :)
