she likes a person very much...and i have a doubt whether a normal person like him likes the person like my friend....please tell me this one as this question has been eating my head for a long time.??

I wear hearing aids and I am aware of someone noticing it and actually changing their approach to me. Some treat you as if you are not intelligent and others shy away from me. No matter I can tell who it bothers and who it doesn't.
It was hard for me to start wearing them but now I am really glad I did. As for someone else holding that against me in a relationship Then I don't want them for a significant other anyway. Nothing physically different should affect the way you are treated be it good or bad. I say tell her to come out with her feelings and see what happens.

Don't get so upset over it. If he's really a great guy he won't even see the problem of a hearing aid. If it's meant to be then it was, if not, shrug it off, there are plenty more fish in the barrel.
