Is Bush just the tip of the iceberg of deep and preset politics, which are run by interest groups? Is Bush an emotional scapegoat of ordinary people, while they really have no influence in foreing affairs, in the silly US two party democracy? Will this my question be erased again, with the concept I'm trying to pass through?

It's confusing to me who actually has the power. I've often tried to figure it out. Obviously the President (whoever it is at the time) doesn't have all the power attributed to him. Interest groups, big business, people with covert knowledge, blackmailers, and realities that the general populace don't want to acknowledge hold alot of sway.
Almost everyone is aware of the concept your speaking of. It's just very hard to figure out who has influence over what policies, and how it interacts with other policy decisions.

Hopefully we will soon see a day when a member of the Bush family is not in the white house and then politics as we know it may be able to shift out of all the crap he has gotten this country into. Who knew your brother rigging an election for you could cause so much trouble for the rest of the world. Who knew?
