They will be if u let them to be. When the going gets tough, the tougher gets going. Just take them as a part of life & not life itself. Underplay them. The more u'll highlight them, the more they'll get on to ur nerves. I am not asking u to ignore them. Rather face them, accept them but move ahead. Consider it to be normal & a part of everyone's life.
I dont know what situation u r exactly talking about but I do agree time just gets bad sometimes but thats just.........sometimes. Make rest of the time, the better part, ur motivation & bounce back.

Life is hard whether you always do the right thing or not. Life is especially hard when you try to do your best when you just come up short somehow. I think with my heart most of the time and sometimes it works out and other times I just get hurt. Its good to have friends to deal with lifes ups and downs because without friends that care, life can be hard. My advice is let everything out to someone that will listen instead of bottling it all up, and then just take each day as it comes.

Been there, done that! That saying, 'it will only make you stronger'..... is very true. You have not lived a life without the ups and downs! And just think that there are millions of other people who have no food, no money, no family, no home but still manage to live and laugh??? What do you think life throws in there face and how hard do you think their life is and what they have to deal with? Compare it to yours?

When you figure your life is to hard to deal with, just think of someone worse off then you. Always be thankful you are not blind or crippled and if you are find a hobby that can make you feel like you are accomplishing something! Be thankful you have a warm bed, food in your mouth clothes to wear and a roof over your head. Be thankful that the war is not over here! Be thankful for the freedom we have here, freedom of speech, freedom of religion!

The ups are not hard to deal with are they. I have heard it said and maybe you have too, "we have bad times so we can appreciate good times." I have had my sure of both good and bad times and it helps to remind myself that when I am in pain it is because my God is growing. Good luck to you and just try enjoying each moment for what it is because, "This too shall pass."

YOu have to force yourself to keep strong.
we all have ups and downs, and some days we are weaker than other, to think that we could handle this. Sometimes we want to run, sometimes we want to stay to see if we can handle.
Giving up won't take you anywhere. Try to see the positive part of things, look at a glass half full, not half empty

Because we expect to be happy at all times. We should change our attitude and consider the downside of life as a learning experience and move on. People will treat you as they believe you should be treated, not as you think you should be treated. There is a wide gulf between these two positions. Hence, our unhappiness.

It is EXTREMELY simple and once you accept this you can work around it.
You are deeply affected by disappointment. You fear being disappointed so much that you cannot enjoy the ups, because experience has taught you that it won't last.
Learn to enjoy the ups and the downs, though they will still suck, will not ruin the ups.

Because they are and if we cannot deal with them we seek counseling and help to get through them and to try to move on with our lives. Find someone to talk to ... Also talk to a doctor for stress and feelings of depression and get a complete physical as well. Medication can sometimes help with these feelings as well. Good luck to you and i sure hope things get better for your soon.

Perhaps you need to develop some better coping skills. Life is tough, however, not impossible to endure. And whenever you think you have it so hard. Trust me there is someone out there who has it far worse. God bless****
