If the time doesn't change by itself on your PC, double click on the time on the task bar and a window will open up that will allow you to do that. It's harmless...
Don't you wish they would just leave time alone??

i'd prefer to undertake and adapt DLS scheme. I even have replied a similar question a together as in the past and would prefer to share the comparable with you and others too, as follows: As I stay in Bangladesh we are actually not that fortunate to have the daylight hours Saving form of power saving scheme applied right here. Btw, I even have seen it religiously accomplished interior the then Imperial Iran below the King Reza Shah Pahelvi, on condition that he became into very close follower of u . s .. i'm uncertain if the Mullahs are following this impressive software. final twelve months our impartial Non-occasion caretaker government became into toying up with the belief to have DLS scheme for our human beings, yet regrettably some best scientists and politicians did not help it asserting that our peasants dwelling in villages would be greater perplexed if we make one-hour in the back of schedule or progressed, what a farce! playstation . I observed a sketch appearing in Iranian newspaper in 1977 exhibiting one individual donning 3 wristwatches. whilst asked for the reason he defined something like: First one is the unique time and the 2nd is for summertime (a million-hour set-back) and the 0.33 one is for the winter-time whilst the clock is progressed by using one-hour. it rather is because of the fact he can not control the watches by using himself each time government declares adjustments interior the DLS (lol) Have a superb and effective greater suitable hour!

If your computer is older (more than 2 years old) it may not adjust properly with Daylight Savings Time. Make sure that you do allow your computer to update when required (check your manufacturer's book). If your time does not adjust on Sunday, you will need to change it manually. You may check for a patch for your specific Operating System from your manufacturer's website to see if there is any fix. If your computer is newer, I would wait until after Sunday to see if the computer will recognize the new DST date.
However, there is nothing that you need to do to "protect" your PC, aside from running your normal antivirus software as you normally do. DST will not do anything to your computer but change the date - just like your cell phone or your television do!
Hope it helps :)

Its just another idiotic Liberal idea. They think we'll save more energy if we shift our time earlier in the spring and later in the fall. Its a fallacy just like all of their other stupid ideas.
If your running Windows, just go to Microsoft web site and search on Daylight Savings Time and you should find a page to download a patch. Run the patch to adjust your PC's calendar. If it already automatically update it will tell you and you, if not it will install the patch for you and your set.
BTW, this is only good for Windows 2000 and newer. Older versions like ME, 98 etc will have to be adjusted manually.

daylight savings time gives us more daylight - it allegedly saves on the use of electricity - this year it is starting early because Pres. Bush has signed an executive order - your computer should update itself
