Medicine requires going to graduate school. Get your bachelors somewhere, then you study medicine. See http://www.usnews.com/usnews/edu/grad/rankings/med/brief/mdrrank_brief.php for the rankings of med schools.

You can study medicine in the UK right at the university/bachelor level. So, can't really compare to US cuz the system isn't the same.
