Is my phone capable of ringtones?

I would like to know if the phone i have is capable of ringtones, it is a LG AX 5000. I cant seem to get them to work.

the manual says to press the axcess apps icon (right on the navagation key "ok button") then press axcess apps icon and then ok then select category you want to download .hope that helps!
