My mum can send text messages to anyone else except my nan and my nan can recieve from anyone except my mum! and my nan can text my mum and she recieves them they can ring each other so what the hell is going on? my nans on o2 and mums on vodafone.

very confussed. have you tried gettin in touch with either of the network providers and seeing what there answer is or just take the phone into the shop.
