HI,
Just keep following him at a fast speed but before type THGLOJ to reduce the traffic so that it will be easy for you to follow him and he will stop at a place when you follow him and you ca shoot him dow there.

Try attempting to finish the mission. After that mission, you will eventually get other missions automatically.

keep compleating missions unless you access to another cities.try to get lisence of pilot, enjoy in disco, prectice driving, modify your cars etc,try to made girl friends,in los santos,near a restaurent (i dont know the name)steal a vintage car and you will have a mission to deliver girls. deliver all girls and then take them to your bedroom and....
