You can unlock jeff hardy. Firts you have to play as Matt Hardy in a Ladder Match. Lean a folded ladder against standing up one. Run up the folded ladder. After you do that, grab the belt. If you get the belt down a new belt will appear where the old one was and the match will be restarted. When it is, you won't be playing as Matt anymore, you'll be playing as Jeff!

Jeff is not on the roster for SvR 07..

No u can't unlock him cuz he isn't in tha game. He came back to the wwe after they were done with the game so there was no chance of putting him in it. But you can co to http://www.caws.com and find ways to make him.
