My mother doesn't want us to buy things for her she said she just wants a nice day with me and a phone call off my brother ( he lives in Scotland) , so i've decided to make her breakfast in bed and buy some flowers.

I´m not a friend of this day.
It seems to me that is only business.
If you don´t make little gifts during the year, forget this day, because you have forgotten the mom eighter.

My mother died before I started uni last round, however, I still do for my Godmother. This year, I will give her sweets and attempt to find out something else she could use.
