Hello Sandeep,
Six Sigma black belt certification requires 3+ years of work experience along with two completed projects. Similarly Green Belt certification requires 3 years of work experience. For details, you can refer to http://www.asq.org/education/training/certification-right-for-you.html
In case you are from India, ASQ has a tie-up with Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FICCI) in India. They have scheduled its next Six Sigma Black Belt training course in New Delhi. The dates of the course are April 2-14, 2007 & June 4-15, 2007. For more details on the above, please contact Amit Chatterjee at FICCI headquarters. He can be reached by e-mail at amitc@ficci.com
Hope it helps you...
With warm regards,
SKS

There are many reasons why ASQ did not automatically become the de facto certification source for Six Sigma Green Belts, Black Belts and Master Black Belts as it has for CQMs, CQEs and CQAs.
