Fettuccine Al Funghi - From Goldbergs in Newcastle, Australia. Sounds terrible but is basically chilli, cream, fettucine and Mushrooms - now I am craving it!

I just add grilled shrimp and chopped sun-dried tomatoes to the fettucine alfredo and voila! Instant flavor and texture!

It's definitely my favorite!

I love, love, love angel hair or vermicelli but they're difficult to find organic. My grandmother made the best marinara fideo. Lots of melting going on in the mouth.
