ever notice that their movements are not as exaggerated as the back up dancers and the songs are written or played to give them "breathers" not to mention that they have to work out to keep in shape

Britney Spear without doubt a lip-syncing queen. Ciara and Beyonce lip-sync also. But what they do is if you watch and listen closely. As they dance and "sing". For maybe like the first verse they will actully sing. Or they will play it off and actully sing the chorus. Because it is very hard for those girl to be jumping around and singing at the same time.

the difference is simple ...ur not a professional singer or performer...those people have personal trainers , they have people takin care of them ...
