Can anyone tell me how to work out the labour hour rate?

Could you tell me what formula i need to use to work this out? Thanks

Direct labour rate plus overheads. Add all your overheads together and divide them by the projected charged hours for all employees over the period you're considering. You need to put profit on top, but that's usually costed separately in any quotes.

where are you starting from .... a year a week a month?
a year divide by 12
a month divide by days say 21
how many hours are you contracted to do?
40 hours is a week
