Sydneysiders - 5 Scratchie promotion scam. Have you been cheated out of your winnings?

I bought 5 tickets in a row, scratched them and had no winnings. With the guaranteed $20 pay out I returned back to the newsagent. They refused to pay the $20 as it is the rule that all tickets must be still be connected and not separated. This is not stated clearly. I separated tickets for me and my children. Newsagent remembers my purchase, and the sequence numbers are in order. NSW Lotteries have not been any help. Has this happened to you? Do you know if this has happened to anybody else?
