interactions is not enough with boos,he is an egoistic and he wants me to bow in front of him , he has a group of new people who listens with out any argument. so experienced persons are neglected by him , it affects my interaction and even in performances.

I am very selective about who I surround myself with at work. As a new employee, we are told that we must remain in our current area/position for at least 1 year. I was transferred at the 4 month mark (if they did not transfer me, I would have quit). Time passed - I got promoted and went back to my old shift (different bosses now though). Again, hated it, 4 months and was transferred back to my previous shift. Within a month, boss changes again - I hated it - I demoted myself and within 4 months transferred again. New area was driving me insane - 4 months and I transferred again. Seeing a theme here? New area started okay - my boss was a complete *** and wanted to quit - 4 months - transferred again. I have now been on this shift/in this area since Dec. 17 - I'm looking into a promotion, because again, I dont' care for the treatment I am receiving from some people....

Having been in a similar situation, I can honestly say, "the only direction you have is probably out."
Look at this as your opportunity to move onward and upward to bigger and better things.
Remember- Life IS too Short to be miserable!
