The truth is -- NO ONE KNOWS YET. According a story by the Associated Press Thursday, March 8th, the release of (Anna Nicole) Smith's autopsy report has been delayed because the Seminole police have turned over new evidence (Broward County medical examiner said today). Dr. Joshua Perper said the autopsy tests have been completed and were supposed to be released later this week, but the police provided him with new evidence. Perper's secretary said the autopsy would be released in the next week or two. Perper would not say what the evidence was.

The latest is that the autopsy report will be out in a week or so. I don't know why they're dragging this out. The woman is dead, the media needs to lay off and let her rest in peace. I honestly don't really care but I think they need to move along, do the darn paternity tests and let this go.

Of course no one knows!!! She might have died from a drug oversdose (on purpose or not), or alcohol poisoning, or "mysterious causes" or even pnemonia, which is the latest thing thought to have caused her to die. Most likely, the public will never know the truth, like Marilyn Monroe's death, which ironic cause Anna worshipped Marilyn.

Im not completely sure but ive heard that its cuz of a drug that she wuz taking. She wanted to keep a slim body and so took a prescription drug that would make her not willing to eat. People say she used it so much and wanted such a great body that she overdosed it. My dad's a docter and he says thats proably what killed her. Everyone knows that too much drugs is WAY dangerous for you. She passed out in her hotel room and wuz foun dead. ONCE AGAIN im not sure thats just what i herd. mayb sum1 krept throgh her window and stuck a knife up her throat.
