if you got xp or vista use the windows firewall which should be installed. If not contact windows which should be able to get the windows firewall.
if you are using any other type of windows use the Free Zone Alarm software
using another 3rd party firewall on xp or vista is not good for the pc and can slow the computer down alot
If you are using a router then it should have a inbuilt firewall which is better than computer firewall software

As the others said Zone Alarm, but if you have XP Service Pack 2 ( SP2 ) then you should already have one. If you have a legal XP system you can down load SP2 from the Microsoft site.
