the father of this baby is my co worker before,, we're not on a relationship but something happend to us and as a result of this mistake i got pregnant. i also found out that he's on a new relationship with my another co-worker even though they knew i was pregnant,,, after several months they both resigned to our work.
soon ill be giving birth to my child,,, but his father still denies him and doesnt bother to give a child support. He doesnt mind our baby.

First off, I'm glad you decided to keep the baby!
Coming from a man, yes! I've heard of so many guys getting away with stuff like this...or if the female does demand child support, the guy doesn't pay...
So get the papers filed with the court! Don't let him get away and run from his responsibility. Perhaps you've heard that it costs around $250,000 to raise a child until they're 18. Every bit helps!
Do forgive the guy though...if you hold hate in your heart it's going to hurt you muuuuch more than him. That doesn't mean you have to get back with him or even talk to him regularly...just don't hate him no matter what. Hate always hurts the person holding the grudge...it often hurts their family too in various ways.
May your delivery go well and may your baby be healthy!

Yes you should and make sure you tell the lawyer how he has treated you during the pregnancy. When the baby is born get a court ordered paternity test and have him start paying up. It was fun doing it at the time.. but that does not change the fact he is responsible for all of his actions. And even if he wants to give up his rights to the child.. he is still responsible for child support. So good luck and do not let him off the hook on this.. cause he will do it over and over.

If he is claiming not to be the father a DNA test will have to be done to prove he is the father.
He does not have to pay support until the child is actually born, and determined to be his. The court can make him pay some of the medical if its proven to be his child. However you will need a good attorney, or be on welfare. If your on welfare they will go after him.
My ex doesn't pay support, and since I support the kids on my own I cant be made to go after him., My ex doesn't even come see them, so I'm not going to waste my time fighting for something he wont ever pay. He doesn't work.

Well i would have said if you and the father were on good term no, but if he's being a jerk to his responsibilities the absoloutely.
Myself and my partner of 4 years split up when i found out i was pregnant, but we have remained the best of friends and he is there for me and will be there for his daughter, i dont expect him to pay as i know when she needs something or i need something he'll be there no matter what.
I believe that it's more important for him to have a relationship with his child, but he should be paying for him/her.
Best of luck i hope it works out for you xx

Of course you should. If you have to have dna tests to prove he is the father, do it. Not only should you demand it, you deserve it.
If he never sees your child, that's ok. If it does belong to him, he needs to pay child support until your child turns 18.
I'm sure you'll have to go through the court system to get this done. Best of luck to you.

definatley!!!! Its not like you layed there and got yourself pregnant it takes 2 people and he is the father, so most definatly i would be ringing child support right away he has no choice. Child support will catch up on him if he doesnt.

kinda.. if he deinies its his FIRST demand a dna test, prove to him it is his, THEN demand the child support if he doesnt want anything to do with it. by law (as far as i know) if its his kid, he HAS to pay child support to you since you are the one that will be taking care of the child

Definititely. It takes two to tango, and its only fair then that TWO raise the child. He may not be there, but his money will be more than enough. The money will actually be even better.
