I am not sure exactly what a ORGANISMas is, but if I am an organism, then Yes, I am a living organism that eats frogs; therefore, a living organism can eat frogs.
I guess you can say I am nasty, but I think it's better than eating a dog (common practice in China).

Frogs legs are a delicacy in France, and in some asian countries, they eat them whole. Lizards, snakes, birds, fish and many other creatures eat them. I would. Do you eat oysters, or mussels, or lobsters, or shrimp? Lots of nastier things. Worms? Abalone? Jellyfish? Eels?Locusts?Ants?

Cane toads eat frogs. Snakes eat frogs. French eat frogs (well their legs anyway)...
