Well, what are you living in now? If you can only afford, say, a one bedroom apt then I would say no, cause I have two kids and you wont have enough room really. But for some reason I tend to think that if where you are living right now is suitable for a child, its safe and is big enough and you do have the resources to buy the things you will need then go for it if you really want. If your going to have to move to a bigger apt/ rent house or whatever and your not sure if you can afford it, you may want to wait until you have more resources..

well to be honest, yes I think so....not that a house is needed, however, if you're just starting out and aren't financially stable then it is best to wait a while, especially if you're wanting more than one kid (they are VERY expensive)....plus I think it's important to not rush with having kids....cuz once they grow up and leave the house you guys will not even remember what it's like to not have them around then...may lead to some serious empty nest syndrome. But if you guys have been married for some time and can afford a child both financially and emotionally then I say go for it.

Hi there. Well, to own a house is very nice, but if you can afford to support a child, go ahead. Though think very carefully, analyze every detail and ask yourself if it's the good time to have a child. Sometimes it doesn't hurt to wait a little while. If you decide to have have a child then, I wish your child be very healthy and happy and most of all, be loved by his/her parents.

yes you should wait; save your money; you should have a minimum of 3 months salary in a savings account just for emergencies; save for a down payment on a house, THEN start your family.

Wait . If you can not afford to have kids don't have them yet.It will save you stress later when paying the bills and such . Just hang in there .

wait until your in a good financial position before having children, its only fair for you, your husband, and your children. i think people shouldnt have kids they cant look after, and if you cant really provide for your children, its just not fair on them. if you would be happy and could get by renting, that would befine. good luck!
