how does a person let go of someone they loved it seems forever we were made for each other he's my soul and my heart and after14 yrs he with someone else and says that he still loves you and can't let you go either but is still with this other person you have 3 kids to him i've told him to make a choice about this also he's not seid anything yet

He let go when he left you; don't sit around waiting for him to decide what you are going to do with your life, you have three kids to be a great mom to and you owe it to yourself not to waste your precious time on this Earth. Do what you know is right in your head and your heart will follow; i.e., keep busy with your kids, your friends, your job, hobbies.

Never been easy to let go. Why he waited 14 yrs of agony to not being together? You deserved someone else. Dont stuck yourself to him. Try to think what happened in 14 yrs, did he fought for you?

What reason did you guys break up? I think the answer has Everything to do with that. Is it something stupid that shouldn't have torn you apart... or something unforgivable? Is the fantasy of it all better than the reality would be? Lots of pros and cons? I think you should make a list and see what out weighs and why. Some issues can out weigh others.

He has already made his choice if he chose another person.
You will always have a bond with him because you share children and that is hard.
Move on with your life, as hard as it may seem, just do it.
The only we get from looking back into the past is a
stiff neck!!!

Aww...well...it's hard getting over someone, really.
I understand sorta what you're going through. The only thing that helps is time. Over time you'll get over him, and find someone new that you might learn to love even more.

Try making him feel like a man in and out of bed, instead of someone at your mercy. If you can do that, he'll stay with you.
