Some of the decisions that the Chicago Bears front office has made in the last 6 weeks have left myself and a lot of Bears fans just scratching our heads....

they did the same thing many years ago after they won the Super Bowl,,they should of been in the Super Bowl for the next couple of years..leave it to the Macasky's to do something idotic after they have a great season because they dont like to open open the wallet, just like the other cheap owner in Chicago ..Bill Wirtz..owner of the Blackhawks..when he open his moths fly out

1) I'm a long time Bears fan. 2) They weren't 1 drive away from winning the Super Bowl. 3) They are NOT the laughing stock of the league. There are a couple teams in front of them .. Oakland, Detriot, Cleveland, Washington, Arizona...Just to name a few.

I mean are they the laughing stock for trading Thomas Jones ? Someone who ASKED to be traded because he didnt want to share time with Benson ??? Or because they have a 2-time Pro Bowler in Lance Briggs who is saying he wont play there anymore.. Because they haven't given him the contract he wanted ?? They oftered him a six-year, $33 million contact in the spring.. Which he and his agent refused !! Not to mention the guy will be getting paid 7.2 million this year as a franchise player. So don't cry for him. He acts like because he was won 2- Pro Bowls he should be the highest paid player in the league. I hope and pray they trade him before the draft and get a first round pick for him in *this years* draft. And pick up that LB from Penn state. So in short.. They are FAR from the laughing stock of the league.

How were they one drive away from winning the superbowl? As far as the front office goes, they've done things like this in the past if you remember. Ask Ditka

they have almost always been a joke because of mccaskey.i knew this would happen.its deja vu all over again.they werent a drive away.they were 15 more running plays away.they should have taken the ball out of rexs hands and ran it.and they didnt get enough for t.j.a 3rd and a 7th.
