you are lucky, that's was just like me. Throughout my whole 9 months I never had any sickness and could sleep any time I wanted. You are lucky and so was I. Most girls complained about their sickness, saying it interferred with their life, activities, etc. Some would have sickness thorughout their whole pregnancy even all day. And sleeping...well once that baby starts kicking when you get bigger you might find it hard to sleep but other than that you are the lucky one!!!

It's quite normal to feel tired during the first trimester of pregnancy, and some women continue to feel this right up to the time of birth. It's just because your body is adjusting to carrying a baby in your tummy, as well all the hormal changes (which can sometimes be rather drastic depending on individuals). Also, if you love drinking caffeinated drinks before pregnancy, and has suddenly stopped now that you're pregnant, it may also be because you body is detoxing or adjusting to a non-caffeine diet.
In any case, eating healthy, balanced meals is best. If you're working and need to stay alert, try munching on apples instead of high-carb snacks. Otherwise, allow you body to tell you what's best for both you and your baby.
Congrats on your pregnancy!

I never had morning sickness with either of my pregnancies. As for being so tired.... a certain amount of being "tired all the time" can be normal... But have you had all your bloodwork done yet? You could be low in blood iron - that can make you really tired and bogged down. Also, be sure to take your prenatals and try and get out for some light walking when you can and if dr. says it's okay! Light exercise can boost your energy and get you ready for the workout of your life - the birth of your baby! :) All good things!

dont worry, if your tired SLEEP its what your body needs, when i was pregnant with my son the first few months i slept like a cat, id curl up and fall asleep wehre ever i could and STILL sleep the whole night through. as for the non-sickness, that perfectly normal. you should read one of those pregnancy books if you havent already, they explain everything. some women go their whole pregnancy with no sickness, some have it the wholeway through, some have it here and there. with my son i was mostly nauseas the first few months, and sick during most of the second trimester then fine that last trimester. lol.. so, like i said, everyones different so try not to worry.

I knew as soon as I was pregnant because I was sleepy and had heart burn even before I missed my period.

The doctor said the baby was taking what it needed from my body.

Vitamins helped the sleep problem somewhat but nothing helped the heart burn.

It's not bad to be sleepy if it's your first and you don't have to go to work, but it's very hard if you have other children and have to work outside the home.

Good luck with your pregnancy. When you hold that tiny sweet little baby, you will have forgotten all the discomfort,

when you are pregnant you dont always get morning sickness i have had 2 kids and i didnt have morningg sickness with either of them but like you i slept the day away, its because when you are pregnant you are carrying extra weight which slows down your energy and you get very tired. Very normal!! You are lucky to not be sick many woman get sick through there whole pregnancy and its horrible for them so love it while you can!

Your baby is taking all the nutrients that it needs for growth from you, that is one reason you are feeling tired. Excessive hormones and the fact that your body is busily making a precious human being is another. Get as much sleep as you can now as when the pregnancy progresses you will be having interupted nights having to get up to go to the toilet, then when baby is born your sleep will be even more interupted.

LOL...I was the same way...four times...Your body is working very hard to take care of that baby inside you...Now is the time for rest, but make sure you are eating well..Don't skimp on veggies, and fruit...and make sure you are getting enough proteins as in meats or milk products...It eventually gets a bit better, but then my middle name is sleep...lol..(just a joke)...Congratulations...
