anybody else trying to claim bgack bank charges/penalty charges?

if not why not?

we have just filed at court we have nothing to loose think these charges are unfair and they have been found to be unlawful

i mean back think i should toddle of to bed must be half asleep

yes we are claiming back £6650 from the past 6 years partly our fault but the charges are to high and to not reflect the true cost nic verses the banks bring it on

Oh yes, I claimed some unfair charges back from my bank in the summer of 2006 they paid out without a fuss.
And now I've gone back 6 years through my bank statements and am claiming again for other unfair charges.
Always, always keep bank statements.

Oh!.. And my bank? THE ABBEY NATIONAL.

I sure am, if you go to www.moneysavingexpert.com it has all the appropriate forms and letters that should help you in pursuing this as well as hints and tips. Beware that your bank may well deliberately try to slow things down by claiming they haven't got all of your past records, this is illegal although they are allowed to charge a small amount ( about £10 ) to send you all the relevant documents

There yoy will find instructions of how to claim the last 6 years your bank chares.

Also on there you will find success stories of people who have ot there chares bank from the robbin banks.
