During the credits of Stranger than fiction, what is the second to last song on the DVD?

It is just after 'The Book I Write' and before 'Love You'. It is instrumental. It is not on the CD soundtrack of the movie unfortunately. I went thru all of the music credited in the movie and ruled out all but 'Rave' and 'The one you always wanted'. I could not find them online. Or possibly it is not credited at all.
